JCL Investments is currently accepting applications for Class 1 drivers. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of construction materials, aggregates, and other products throughout the province. This role requires dependable and safety-conscious individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of professionalism, vehicle care, and compliance with transportation regulations. These positions will be based out of our Corner Brook, NL.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Class 1 vehicles to transport materials across Newfoundland and Labrador. Secure loads and ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch and site teams. Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed. Follow all company and regulatory safety protocols.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years' driving experience in a commercial or construction industry.

Efficient problem-solving skills.

Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

High level of integrity and work ethic.

Must possess a valid class 1 driver's license and clean driver's abstract.

Must possess valid Power Line hazards certificate.

Must demonstrate a willingness to learn a variety of job-related tasks.
