Landtran Logistics Inc. a division of Landtran Systems Inc is currently hiring a versatile physically fit Class 1 drivers.

We are looking for Local Class 1 Drivers physically fit.

The successful candidate would be responsible for safely and conscientiously operate and drive straight and articulated trucks handling general freight and home delivery of medical supplies within Prince George and surrounding areas, possible over night trips and occasional warehouse duties.

Benefits:

Shift: Monday to Friday $28.00 an hour Newer Trucks Day Shifts, with all major Stat Holidays off Full Benefits 4% safety bonus effective upon hire date paid quarterly Overtime pays after 9 hours

Responsibilities:

Safely operate truck and trailer using authorized roadways Make sure the load is secured and trailer is sealed Deliver freight to customer safely Follow safety operating procedures for deliveries Plan travel schedules and routes

Requirements:

Class 1 with air endorsement -experience Hauling Dry Vans.(Flat Decks experience an asset). Flexible to work locally for P&D, home deliveries and expedite trips. Minimum 2 years of driving with mountain experience. Experience with various truck types such as Day Cabs, straight trucks and sprinter vans. Cargo securement and e-logs Samsara tablets experience considered an asset. Recent driver's abstract. Able to Pass a Drug a Test Clean Criminal Record Check Able to handle up to 34 kg (75 lbs.) Ability to operate forklifts for loading and unloading cargo is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently.
