Servicing AB to BC - OVERNIGHT ROUTES

Duties
- Safely operate a commercial truck to transport goods and materials to and from specified locations
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues
- Ensure timely delivery of goods

Skills
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proficient in operating and maneuvering large commercial trucks
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient delivery schedules

As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in the transportation of goods and materials. Your responsibilities will include operating a commercial truck and ensuring timely deliveries. To excel in this role and you must possess a valid CDL, have experience in commercial driving.

Responsibilities

Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles for delivery routes Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques Deliver goods to customers and clients in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling of products Assist with warehouse operations including moving inventory and organizing stock Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns professionally Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety standards are met Follow all traffic laws and company policies during route driving

Skills

Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong understanding of route driving Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during deliveries Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures, forklift operation, and use of pallet jacks Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles safely and efficiently Physical strength for heavy lifting, moving items, and handling cargo equipment Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards Strong driving skills with a clean driving record Ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting and vehicle operation

Pay: $5,000.00-$6,000.00 per month
