Job Description
D&D Dixy Trucking is a small Canadian own and operated transportation company; going on 43+ years in business. With an established system, we operate in the four western provinces of Canada. We are looking for a team member with flat deck experience to join our team. The business is located in Edmonton AB.
Job Requirements:
Class 1 driver's license Clean driver abstract Flat deck experience (strapping, chaining, and load securement knowledge) Electronic Log Knowledge Written and Spoken English Language
Job Expectations:
Operate a Class 1 tractor trailer Maintain accurate electronic log books Perform inspections and safety checks Communicate with dispatch throughout the day Communicate with shippers, receivers, and customers Possess a good attitude Must have steel toed boots & PPE Preference given to those with mechanical knowledge
D&D Offers:
Assigned Units. Company Fuel Card. On site shop and wash bay access.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:
