Driver Trainer

to help our team members reach their maximum potential. This opportunity can be based out of our terminal in

Brandon, MB

or

Blumenort, MB

.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-cab training, road tests, ride-alongs and follow up evaluations Teach progressive shifting techniques on manual transmission vehicles Follow internal training guidelines & complete regular progress reports Provide meaningful feedback effectively Completion of solo runs in between trainees as needed

Experience and Qualification

Valid Class 1A driver's license with 5+ years' experience Clear driver's abstract Previous livestock and/or training experience an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated customer service skills Display a positive image of oneself and the Company at all times
