Okanagan Fertilizer is seeking a Class 1 Driver to begin work immediately out of our Enderby location.

This position services our customer base throughout the Southern Interior, with occasional trips to the Fraser Valley, Kootenays, or Cariboo. Most work consists of day trips within the Okanagan-Shuswap. This is a full-time, permanent position.

What You'll Be Doing

Haul packaged fertilizer, seed, and crop protection products using tractor-trailers and tandem axle bodyjob trucks . Haul and unload bulk fertilizer to farms using specialized bulk fertilizer trailers. Operate floater/spreader trucks when required. Work closely with operations staff and customers to schedule and complete deliveries. Assist with equipment care and basic maintenance. Support day-to-day operations beyond driving, including production and yard labour as required. Participate in production, maintenance, and plant operations during slower driving periods or off-season months.

Your Qualifications

Valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong safety awareness and proven ability to operate equipment responsibly. Comfortable performing physical work when required. Willingness to support production and operational tasks outside of driving. Enjoy working as part of a small, collaborative team. Experience with a wide range of equipment is an asset.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
