Centerline Paving is currently seeking an experienced Class 1 Dump Truck Driver with a strong background in asphalt paving operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in backing into a paver efficiently and safely, and work well in a fast-paced crew environment.

Must be able to load and secure paver, rollers, excavators, skid steers efficiently and safely.

We are a locally owned and operated paving company providing high-quality asphalt and concrete services across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate Class 1 dump truck in and around job sites Accurately back into pavers and assist paving crew as needed Follow all traffic and site safety regulations Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections Communicate effectively with paving foreman and crew Maintain clean and professional equipment Clean Driving Abstract.
Requirements:

Valid Class 1 Driver's License with clean abstract Minimum 2 years experience in asphalt paving Proven ability to back into a paver with precision Ability to work in a team and follow direction Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions Punctual, reliable, and safety-minded

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 65 per week

Schedule:

10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
