Job Description
Overview
I am seeking for a Class 1 driver, who is able to pull various truck trailer combinations. Can work various shifts.
Training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while transporting goods. A successful Truck Driver will demonstrate excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Safely operate truck and trailer to transport goods to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling of materials. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding routes and schedules. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Perform basic maintenance on vehicles, including minor repairs as needed.
Qualifications
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record. Basic automotive repair skills are a plus for maintaining vehicle performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $320.00-$400.00 per day
Schedule:
Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Night shift
Work Location: On the road
