Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class 1 Truck Driver with Pneumatic Tank experience to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage freight effectively.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy-duty trucks to transport goods to various locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling of materials. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport. Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on the vehicle as needed.

Skills

Proficient in

commercial driving

with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License). Experience in

heavy equipment operation

is a plus. . Familiarity with

forklift operation

for loading and unloading freight. Strong understanding of

freight handling

procedures and best practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
