Summary

We are looking for Long Haul Drivers to fill our Dry Van/Reefer and Flat Deck division. If you are skilled and reliable Class 1 Driver looking for a rewarding career - come and join our growing team.

Dry Van/Reefer Drivers are expected to operate heavy truck on a long-haul routes between Canada and the USA. Role involves adhering to all traffic and safety regulations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensuring the timely delivery according to schedule.

Flat Deck Drivers are expected to work within our equipment recovery division. Drivers will be picking up at dealerships Canada wide to recover the decking equipment that is used to deliver new semi trucks to dealers across the country. Drivers will go city to city in Canada while making multiple pick ups at each city. It is the driver's responsibility to ensure that all equipment is recovered from each dealer.

Pay structure for our dry van/reefer work is as follows:

Base Rate: $0.50/mile driven in Canada and $0.55/mile driven in US Picks and Drops: $25 each Safety bonus: $0.02 (obtained by no tickets, infractions, accidents, damages - added to all miles after 4-month period)

Responsibilities

Operate and drive heavy trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently. Ensure the proper loading and unloading of freight, adhering to safety protocols. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues that arise during transport. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial driving: 3 years. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Clean commercial abstract with an excellent safety record. Ability to legally work in Canada and USA and valid passport. Good English communication skills. Current criminal record search. Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
