Job Description
Trimac Transportation is currently looking for a Professional Class 1 Company Drivers for our Propane operation in Whitehorse to deliver on the ice roads. This position is ideal for Dawson Creek based Drivers. Regional work available at the end of the ice road season from Dawson Creek to various delivery points in Alberta and British Columbia.
Class 1 Driver Pay:
- Hourly pay: $34.50 per hour
- All hourly pay with OT after 60 hours
- Wait time paid up to 14 hours per day
- Day and night shift deliveries
- Over the road 5 - 6 days at a time
- Commodity- Compressed Gas
- Super B work - Dawson Creek, BC to White Horse, YK
- Tri-Axle work - Whitehorse, YK, to Inuvik, NWT
- Full-time position
- Direct deposit paid biweekly
- Paid training
- Extended Health and Dental Benefits
- Pension Plan
- Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver\'s License
- 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Mountain/Off road experience is required
- Pass Trimac Safety Assessment
