CFT Recycling is hiring a

Clam/Grapple Truck Driver

for our

Pembroke yard

- and we're looking for a pro. If you've got serious experience moving material with a clam/grapple truck, a clean AZ license, and a strong work ethic, you might be the one we're after.


This isn't an entry-level spot. You must know your way around heavy trucks, stay sharp behind the wheel, and have the kind of discipline that keeps a fast-paced yard running smooth.

What You'll Do:

Operate a

clam truck

to load, unload, and haul scrap metal between our yard and local sites Work closely with dispatch and yard teams to keep material moving safely and efficiently Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of your vehicle Follow all MTO, environmental, and company safety standards -- no shortcuts Assist with organizing and maintaining the yard as needed

What You Bring:

AZ license

(must be valid and in good standing)

Clean driver's abstract

- safety record matters

Minimum age: 25+

(for insurance purposes)

Proven experience operating a clam truck

-- no training wheels here Strong understanding of load security, spatial awareness, and safe material handling Dependable, punctual, and ready to work in a tough but rewarding environment Able to work in all weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs when required

What You Get:
