Analyste en indemnisation Subrogation - Pertes Majeures

pour se joindre a son equipe.


La personne selectionnee pour ce poste aura pour responsabilites de conseiller les experts en sinistre - Perte Majeures dans leurs enquetes et d'analyser, reviser les dossiers dans lesquels il y a un potentiel de recours.

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous:

Traiter et analyser les dossiers provenant des experts en sinistres

pertes majeures

dans le but d'etablir et maximiser le

potentiel de recours

en assurant des suivis rigoureux de l'avancement de ces dossiers; Negocier avec des tiers un reglement pour assurer le recouvrement d'une indemnite en tenant compte du pourcentage de responsabilite ou de la depreciation applicable; Produire des resumes

litige

et Collaborer etroitement avec le

service du contentieux;

Assurer une saine gestion des frais et des couts externes et favoriser une gestion proactive des dossiers litigieux; Assister aux

Conference de reglement a l'amiable (CRA) et proces

. Bien annoter et documenter son dossier en respectant les normes et directives de l'entreprise; Participer aux catastrophes lorsqu'elles se presentent;

Ce que vous mettrez a profit:

Certificat d'expert en sinistres (5A) Annees d'experience requises : Au moins 5 ans en expertise de reglement des sinistres habitation et 3 ans en recouvrement ou responsabilite civile Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires dans un domaine pertinent a l'emploi ou combinaison equivalente de formation et d'experience Etudes en technique juridique ou en droit (un atout) Bilingue (francais et anglais) Necessite de traiter des dossiers de reclamations avec des intervenants anglophones sur une base reguliere Autonomie Habiletes en negociation Capacite a prendre des decisions de qualite au bon moment Votre ouverture d'esprit & capacite de s'adapter aux changements Oriente client et etre doue pour les communications interpersonnelles Sens de l'analyse et de la synthese demontree Dynamisme, autonomie, efficacite et esprit d'equipe. Curiosite intellectuelle; Savoir planifier, organiser et etablir une strategie Bonne aptitude a la planification et organisation de son temps et priorites Vivre les valeurs d'Intact
