Title: Claims Representative 1 Auto

Hours: 36 hours per week


Location: Mississauga, ON Hybrid (2 days per week in person)

Essential Tasks - In this job, you will:

Providing exceptional client service to our customers as an industry leader in client engagement. Reviewing policy wordings, applying coverages, negotiating and settling service claims. Investigating and evaluating relevant information to quantify losses and identify opportunities for salvage and subrogation recoveries. Proactively communicating with clients and stakeholders for efficient, timely, and quality resolution of claims.

Education/Knowledge - You:

High School Diploma You have a desire to grow an education by working towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and Provincial Adjuster Licenses. Nice to have (but not required): + Having a post-secondary education in insurance, risk management or a related discipline is an asset.



Experience (Professional, Academic, Personal) - You:

Experience in insurance or a related client service focused field.
