The Claims Program Consultant is responsible for leading the execution of claims initiatives to deliver on the Claims Strategy team. The incumbent will work closely with project sponsors, leads and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery on project critical paths.

Key Responsibilities



Lead execution of claims initiatives to deliver on the Claims Strategy Develop scope statements, including identifying requirements, defining outcomes, project deliverables & timelines, identifying dependencies, etc. Develop project plans, and communication plans to support project delivery Define project success criteria, and manage project expectations with key stakeholders Identify, secure and manage resource requirements for project delivery Create and lead governance bodies for each project Work closely with project sponsor, leads and other stakeholders across ACG to ensure alignments and deliver on project critical path Proactively identify project risks, and develop plans to mitigate risks and ensure successful project execution.
