This role is NOT desk-only. You must be comfortable networking, visiting locations, making calls, and doing whatever it takes (ethically and legally) to bring vehicles in.
Responsibilities:
Actively source and secure collision repair jobs
Network with tow truck drivers, rental agencies, dealerships, and insurance contacts
Build relationships with adjusters and insurance representatives
Follow up on leads and convert them into repair work
Coordinate with shop management to ensure smooth intake
Track leads and jobs brought in
Requirements:
Strong sales mindset with hustle mentality
Experience in auto body, insurance, towing, or automotive sales
preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Valid driver's license
Compensation:
Base + commission OR commission-only (high earning potential)
Bonuses for high-performing months
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
