As our Claims Examiner you'll be responsible for examination and resolution of routine claims.

DIVE IN AND MAKE A SPLASH EVERY DAY, BY:



Examines routine claim files, gives direction to staff and independent adjusters, confirms coverage and authorizes loss payments. Answers routine inquiries from insureds, brokers, and adjusters. Adjust claims by telephone. Trains and provides guidance to clerical staff. Performs related duties as required.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SANDBOX:



High School Grad:

Completion of Grade 12 education

Insurance Wizard:

Successful completion of at least two Insurance Institute courses along with a positive commitment toward completion of the CIP designation, demonstrated by completing two Institute courses per year.

Experience Counts:

A minimum three (3) years experience in the industry

Master Communicator:

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Detail Detective:

Fantastic detail-orientation skills to make informed decisions when it comes to claims

People Person:

Friendliness and interpersonal communication skills -- the ability to maintain effective working relationships with team members and encouragement of company culture
