How You'll Make an ImpactReport to the Supervisor, Claims Care Team.
Answering and responding to claims inquiries, claim intake and managing each claim to closure through various channels.
Responsible for rental management, total loss and cash settlements, processing payments, subrogation, and some administration tasks.
Adhering to the claims handling practices in accordance to company policies and procedures.
Ensure claims handling practices adhere to legislative and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring to the TableYou have a high school diploma.
You demonstrate service excellence.
You have excellent telephone and computer skills.
Your ability to communicate is equally matched by your excellent telephone etiquette and professionalism.
You have a willingness to pursue ongoing education within Insurance.
You'll get bonus points if you have knowledge of claims procedures and/or insurance policies.
