About the role

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous:

Surveiller la bo\xc3\xaete de r\xc3\xa9ception des nouvelles r\xc3\xa9clamations pour les multiples lignes d\xe2\x80\x99affaires des lignes sp\xc3\xa9cialis\xc3\xa9es, trier et assigner les nouvelles r\xc3\xa9clamations

Ouverture des nouvelles r\xc3\xa9clamations dans les divers syst\xc3\xa8mes

Responsable du traitement de r\xc3\xa9clamation de base

Mettre \xc3\xa0 jour diff\xc3\xa9rents syst\xc3\xa8mes li\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99assignation et maintenir un \xc3\xa9quilibre dans la distribution de l\xe2\x80\x99assignation des dossiers aux experts des diff\xc3\xa9rentes \xc3\xa9quipes

G\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer, collecter et / ou distribuer des rapports

\xc3\x89mettre des paiements tel que requis dans les dossiers

Identifier les opportunit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration des processus pour accro\xc3\xaetre l\xe2\x80\x99efficacit\xc3\xa9 et les analyser selon les proc\xc3\xa9dures en place

Fournir une assistance dans l\xe2\x80\x99entr\xc3\xa9e de donn\xc3\xa9es

R\xc3\xa9pondre aux demandes de renseignements g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9raux et aider les experts avec les communications de routine

Communication interne et externe avec les fournisseurs

Respecter les directives de confidentialit\xc3\xa9 et de conformit\xc3\xa9

Prioriser et organiser le travail avec un degr\xc3\xa9 de supervision limit\xc3\xa9

Ce que vous mettrez \xc3\xa0 profit:

Au moins 2 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en soutien administratif

Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec MS Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint)

Communication verbale et \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9crit exemplaire

Claims Assistant, Specialty Lines

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Claims Assistant, Specialty Lines to join our growing Specialty Lines Claims team! As a Claims Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance for our claims teams who strive to provide superior customer service for our customers.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do here:

Monitor Claims inbox, assign and triage new claims for multiple lines of business

Setup new claims in various Claims systems

Responsible for basic claims handling

Update various systems and maintain a balance of claims distribution to the various teams

Generating, collecting and/or distributing reports

Issue payments as requested on claims

Identify process efficiencies and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures

Provide support for data entry

Respond to general inquiries and assist Claims handlers with routine correspondence

Internal and external vendor communication

Meet privacy and compliance guidelines

Prioritize and organize work with a limited degree of supervision

What you bring to the table:

At least 2 years of experience in administrative support

Working experience in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Ability to prioritize and organize personal workload

Exemplary written and verbal communication

Team player with a positive attitude

Willingness to learn various platform and systems

Bilingualism in French and English is required
