Claims & Parts Analyst
to handle inquiries related to damaged products. You'll play a key role in maintaining our brand's reputation by ensuring customer concerns are addressed with care and accuracy.
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the first point of contact for customers with issues related to defective or incomplete product orders.
Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely, professional manner.
Process claims and initiate replacement part orders accurately.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and solutions provided.
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
What You Bring to the Role
3-5 years of experience in customer service or a similar role (claims/parts handling an asset).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
both English and French
.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also being a strong team player.
Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for helping customers.
