Job Description


POSITION SUMMARY
The Claims Analyst is responsible for - (1) Managing and maintaining a designated set of accounts; (2) Conducting investigation and validation of all chargeback & non-chargeback related claims and (3) Trade Term Payouts.

Location: North York, ON (On-Site)

PRINCIPLE REPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and validate sales promotions claims under the Claim Portal System.
  • Assist the Senior Manager by generating reports regarding claims status.
  • Lead the expansion of claim management software to bring visibility to customer sell through and inventory levels.
  • Support customers in their issues with claim portal.
  • Communicate and solve long term issues with the Sales and Price, Promotions and Trade team.
KNOWLDEGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • College or University Degree in relevant discipline
  • 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable / Deduction management experience
  • Understanding of accounting, promotional claim processing
  • MS Office: Excel: Intermediate \xe2\x80\x93 Advance level.
  • Ability to learn new programs with ease
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Accountability for decisions
