Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Claims Adjustor (Property And Casualty Insurance) who will be working on the team for the Risk Management program. This program is involved in overseeing any claims that come in and managing and recovering funds, etc. involved in litigation and mitigation for small claims against the bank.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating the reporting and response between the client\xe2\x80\x99s third-party claims adjuster and internal lines of business stakeholders of the client. Includes capturing new risk events (property, auto and health and safety reports) and triggering applicable downstream processes.
• Administer payment of claims-related expenses and recovery of insurance and subrogation proceeds.
• Follows established loss reporting and internal risk event reporting, while ensuring regulatory compliance where applicable.
• Analyzes claim reserves quarterly for variances versus previous quarter reserves and appropriateness versus claim payments, and reports to Finance for provisioning.
• Coordinates physical premises evaluation scheduling and reporting between internal real estate stakeholders and property insurers.
• Participates as incident response liaison and for cyber and Blended program events.
• Some travel may be required for mediations, inspections, or similar activities.

Desired Skill Set:

• 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role with an insurance
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate between vendors
• General familiarity with financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint, and PDF writer
• General familiarity with property casualty insurance
• Undergraduate degree
