Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Claims Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and resolving claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and process claims in accordance with company policies and industry guidelines
Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams to gather necessary information for claim resolution
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company systems
Monitor and follow up on outstanding or pending claims
Identify discrepancies, trends, or potential issues and escalate as needed
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the claims process
Provide support to order processing
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance,
or related field preferred)
Previous experience in claims processing, construction/lighting sales, or a related role (1-2
years preferred)
Strong investigative skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software
