Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire Claim Advisor, Auto \xe2\x80\x93 Complex.

To meet our customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (Atlantic Standard Time)

Accountabilities:
Review insurance policy and coverages

Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability

Settle claims in accordance with organization\xe2\x80\x99s policies and practices.

Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement

Qualifications:
Minimum high school education or equivalent

1 - 3 years handling complex automobile claims is required

Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies

Adjuster\xe2\x80\x99s Licence for the province of New Brunswick or willing to obtain

Willing to complete a number of Chartered Insurance Professional courses (CIP) to hold the required Adjuster\xe2\x80\x99s Licence

Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy

Bonus Qualifications:
Fluency in French is a strong asset
