Welcome to MAS Cladding! We are a young and dynamic Cladding company specializing in Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) installations with a focus on quality and innovation.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cladding/ACM Installer to join our dynamic team at MAS Cladding. As a Cladding/ACM Installer, your main responsibility will be for the precise and efficient installation of Aluminum Composite Material on various commercial and residential projects.

Core Functions:

Ensure proper alignment and positioning of panels during installation. Securely fasten ACM panels using appropriate fixing methods and tools. Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute cladding installations. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the installation. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience as an ACM Installer or in a related cladding installation role. Proficiency in reading blueprints and project plans. Familiarity with various installation methods and industry best practices. Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment required for ACM installation. Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Valid BC Driver's License and reliable vehicle to commute to various jobs Good communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project needs. Safety-conscious with a track record of adhering to safety guidelines. This position requires regular working outdoors.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Experience:

Cladding/ACM: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)
