Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ACM Cladding crew to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing cladding systems on various building projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing a range of technical skills to deliver high-quality finishes. Candidates should have a strong background in construction-related trades and be comfortable working with a variety of tools and materials. Duties

Installing ACM panels and Aluminum Plate systems according to project specifications and schematics Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and building regulations Assisting with the preparation of surfaces through plastering or masonry work as required Working collaboratively with other trades such as roofing, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry teams Reading technical drawings and schematics to execute installation plans accurately Maintaining a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration Conducting inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met

Experience

Proven experience in cladding installation or related construction trades such as roofing, masonry, or carpentry Familiarity with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment used in construction projects Knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, and building plans is highly desirable. Experience working with different materials including metal, fibre cement, timber, or composite panels Skills in welding, plastering, or construction painting are advantageous but not essential.
