About Green Sky Roofing:

Green Sky Roofing & Exteriors is a leading exterior restoration company in Calgary, specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, and cladding. We're growing rapidly and looking to add a dependable and detail-oriented Aluminum Cladding Installer to handle exterior repair work -- especially hail damage -- on window trims, front posts, and decorative gable features.

Job Overview:

This role focuses on

repairing and re-cladding damaged aluminum trim

on residential & commercial buildings. You'll be working on features like window surrounds, front entrance posts, and upper gable trim. The work demands precision, efficiency, and a strong understanding of aluminum bending, wrapping, and finishing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and repair aluminum cladding on windows, front porch posts, and gable features. Perform on-site measurements and custom bend aluminum coil for wrapping exterior details. Replace or repair damaged trims due to hail or other exterior wear. Use brake and metal tools to fabricate trim profiles as needed. Ensure all installations are straight, clean, and sealed correctly for weatherproofing. Maintain a clean, organized work area and respect the homeowner's property. Communicate any material needs or jobsite issues to the Production Manager.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in aluminum cladding or exterior finishing. Ability to use a metal brake and cladding tools confidently. Comfortable on ladders and working at height. Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Fall Protection and WHMIS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
