Note:
Resource will work remotely, though must be available for onsite meetings when required. Onsite meetings will be rare.
Standard Hours of work are 08:15 \xe2\x80\x93 16:30 Alberta time
Work must be done from within Canada, due to network and data security issues.
GoA does not pay for travel to attend on-site meetings.
Description of Services
- Guide and assist in enablement of business and technology programs and project plans, business cases, roadmaps and other supporting activities.
- Guide and support business activity monitoring and business intelligence (analysis and reporting) activities.
- Support linkages to Government of Alberta strategies and goals.
- Guide and support business, process, application and technology integration activities with other Government of Alberta departments and external stakeholder groups.
- Assist in defining governance and organization design to support new structures, processes, and approaches resulting from business and technology transformation.
- Support internal and external stakeholder engagement workshops and meetings.
- Support program management and change management leads in the successful delivery of business and technical initiatives.
- Provide tracking and reporting of time and status on all work as required.
