Civil/Structural Engineer,

whose primary responsibility is to help bring bold industrial and mining solutions to life. In this role, you'll be part of a skilled engineering team working on projects that span from concept to fabrication, to field installation. Whether you're designing custom lifting devices, structural supports, or specialized mine shaft equipment, your work will have a real, tangible impact. What You'll Be Doing




Tackle a diverse portfolio of projects from initial concepts through to final fabrication and implementation Lead engineering estimates, manage design budgets and schedules, and drive technical excellence while maintaining safety and quality Create and review technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports. Prepare and review technical specifications, equipment lists, calculations, reports, design criteria, and other documents Maintain and adhere to applicable codes, standards, regulations, and best practices for all projects Sign and Seal all final drawings, specifications, reports, and other documents prepared under your supervision Mentor junior engineers, share your expertise, and help shape the future of the Engineering department Coordinate with designers and the Fabrication Team to complete engineering projects Develop solutions for issues that arise during Fabrication or Construction



What You Bring to the Table




A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a relevant Engineering discipline Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility through APEGS 5+ years of experience in industrial or mining projects would be considered an asset Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for turning complex challenges into practical solutions Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Strong time management skills Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused mindset Ability to handle competing priorities simultaneously; work well under pressure with time-sensitive deadlines Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) Possess a positive and professional attitude, set a high standard, and convey professionalism at all times

Compensation Rewards + Competitive salary: $110,000-$150,000 annually based on qualifications and experience
