Job Description

Rangeland Engineering is seeking motivated, adept, and ambitious individuals to join our Civil and Structural Engineering team. Multiple roles available depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Competencies

Structural Engineering Systems:

Limit States Design as per NBC in steel and concrete materials Foundation design utilizing: piles (driven steel, helical and bored concrete), concrete rafts, mats, spread or strip footings and grade beams Gravel pads for tanks Steel design of buildings, piperacks, skids, stair towers, bridges, equipment and vessel supports and miscellaneous structures Evaluation of geotechnical reports to determine optimum foundation system

Civil Engineering Systems:

Site Development for Industrial Facilities, including: Rough grading Finish grading Stormwater management including Retention Ponds and Lift Stations Roads, Access Ways and Site Access tie-ins to Municipal Road Systems Underground Utilities for Industrial Facilities, including: Stormwater Sanitary Potable Water Process Water Fire Water Electrical Utilities

General:

Team mentoring and oversight Calculation and drawing package development and checking

Qualifications:

Degree, Diploma or Certificate in a relevant engineering or design field APEGA membership required for engineering roles (EIT registration accepted) Membership in other provincial regulatory associations considered an asset US engineering license(s) considered an asset for engineering roles on US projects Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant field Site construction or operations experience considered an asset Spanish speaking considered an asset

Pay: $60.00-$100.00 per hour
