Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Water & Sewer Pipefitter to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience and must have a strong understanding of various types of pipe used in the heavy civil industry.

Responsibilities

Fall Protection Confined Space Experience as a Pipefitter in an civil construction environment. Proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Ability to lift and work with materials weighing up to 25kg. Must have a strong understanding of safety procedures and policies. Ability to operate power and/or hand tools. Proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Requirements

Proven 2 years experience & knowledge in Civil Water & Sewer Installations. Must be knowledgeable in PVC, HDPE, and ductile pipe installations. Must have experience/knowledge of water lines, sanitary sewers, storm sewer. Must have experience/knowledge of manhole and catch basin installations. Must have experience/knowledge of basic layout, pipe lasers, etc. Surveying experience an asset. GPS knowledge an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-05-26
