Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will play a crucial role in coordinating between various stakeholders, managing on-site operations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and reporting. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of work throughout the project lifecycle. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Prepare construction estimates and budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting of project costs. Supervise on-site personnel, providing guidance and support as needed to enhance productivity. Maintain communication with project stakeholders regarding timelines, changes, and updates.

Experience

Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in construction management software, particularly ProCore. Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Extensive experience in water, sewer and storm utilities. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Will Run daily Tailgate Meetings Will help with site layout. Sign off on SOP's
