As a key member of the construction team, you will be part of a dynamic group of construction professionals constructing small to midsize Civil, Utility and Infrastructure projects.

We are currently looking to hire a Project Manager to Manage Civil Projects.

Looking for

:

Experienced project manager

This Role Includes

:

Be the point of contact between owner/engineer/GC and Ridgeline for the course of the construction.

Helping create, tracking and maintain schedules

Tracking and help prepare change orders and coordination with them field staff and estimator

Placing material orders

Coordinating crews and sub-contractors

Help assist with estimating tenders

Skills

:

Experience with civil construction and infrastructure

Enjoys more technical projects

Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings

Ability to complete takeoff from drawings

Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, project, bluebeam

Works well in a team environment

Strong understanding of how utilities are constructed

Organized with time management skills

Problem solver

Education

:

Field Experience is an asset and we would be willing to train the right applicant

Direct work experience in a project management capacity

Certificate, university degree, gold seal, PMP designation, red seal or college diploma in engineering or project management is an asset
