Job Description

Complete Utility Contractors (CUC) is a highly established company and has become an industry leader in underground utility construction, installation, locating, and repairs.

We are actively seeking career-minded individuals that wish to continually grow and develop within our organization and are currently looking to expand our project management team with a Project Coordinator experienced in the civil industry.

If you have civil underground utility experience and you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, this is a great role to build deeper technical and project management skills.

What you will be doing



Assist with project setup, documentation, administration, and working with the PM's, keep track of the project progress including costs, schedule, change order and quality control

Create and maintain the delivery of all project documents and files (RFIs, RFQs, EWOs & Monthly Progress Payment etc.)

Assist the PM in the review of Sub-Contractor & Supplier quotations

Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc.

Prepare Bid Packages

Request BC One call utility locates

Create site binders

Develop monthly progress payment report for the Project Managers

Assist with job close out documents, conducting deficiency walkthrough and preparing
deficiency restoration plans

Coordinate and support all production and daily reports

Assist with onsite meetings and deliveries for crew

Support projects close out process and ensure project closeout in a timely
manner

Manage successful relationships with sub-contractors

What we are looking for:



Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Tech, or related field

Minimum of one year experience in civil construction

Experience with water, storm, sanitary, or shallow utilities is an asset

Understanding of civil plans, specs, and municipal standards

Strong organization, time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable with data entry, document control, and technical communication

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
