- Responding to maintenance requests
- Performing general regular maintenance
- Performing preventive maintenance as scheduled
- Attending to virtually all parts of the buildings, infrastructures and grounds
- Upgrades and Remodeling when necessary of buildings and infrastructures
- Keeping an inventory of maintenance tools and supplies
- Making recommendations and requests for needed maintenance
