Position: Labourer - Civil Construction

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hard-working labourers to join our civil construction team. The successful candidates will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in general civil construction duties, including site preparation, excavation, and installation of materials.

- Load and unload materials, machinery, and tools as required.

- Operate basic construction equipment such as hand tools, power tools, and compactors.

- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

- Perform site clean-up and maintenance, ensuring a safe working environment.

- Assist with the setting up and dismantling of temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding).

- Support skilled workers, including trucks, carpenters, and machine operators, when needed.

Requirements

- Previous experience in civil construction or related field is an asset but not required.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and standing for extended periods.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
