Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage teams effectively. This role requires proficiency in construction management software and a solid foundation in budgeting, quality control, and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews to ensure project milestones are met. Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam and ProCore for project tracking and documentation. Lead the crew hands on installing civil works, such as pipe, manholes ect Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction processes. Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of work. Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate construction estimates and budgets. Train and mentor team members in best practices for safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Address any issues that arise on-site promptly to minimize delays. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and any potential challenges.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control practices. Proficiency in using construction management software such as Bluebeam and ProCore. Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to understand schematics effectively. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
