Duties

Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance according to OSHA regulations. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate project activities effectively. Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets while managing financial resources throughout the project lifecycle. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards. Provide training and supervision to junior staff and field workers, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills

Strong understanding of construction management principles, project scheduling, budgeting, and estimating techniques. Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret technical documents accurately. Experience in managing construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and quality assurance. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Supervising experience is preferred along with a solid foundation in construction practices.
