Job Description

Interpret Building and foundation plans

Prepare design and building siting sketches

Send sketches to clients for approval (email)

Prepare sketches for Field Crews to use on site

Produce final returns for clients

Work as part of a team to manage workflows

Beneficial Skills

Computer Literacy (email, Microsoft office, google drive)

Computer aided drafting (primarily autoCAD)

Organizational Skills

Attention to Detail

Communication Skills

Ability to read and interpret Building Plans

Understanding of Zoning Bylaws

Construction Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
