We are seeking highly skilled Civil Engineers to support some of our clients on high-impact projects that require analytical rigor, attention to detail, and a commitment to near-zero error standards.

Role Overview:

As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical expertise, and drive solutions that deliver quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects. Conduct site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements. Analyze project risks, costs, and timelines and recommend solutions. Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (P.Eng designation preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with CAD software, project management tools, and engineering software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
