Civil Engineer - Lot Grading & Site Servicing Plans
Responsibilities:
Perform survey work for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare complete Lot Grading & Site Servicing Plans.
Provide engineering review and seal for plans and reports.
Conduct survey work to establish and confirm final grades.
Perform on-site inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs and city standards.
Collaborate with team members, clients, and municipalities while maintaining ability to work independently.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Registration with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (P.Eng. or E.I.T.).
5 years (+/-) experience in engineering including design, management, construction supervision, and project management (preferably water resource related projects).
Experience with hydrotechnical assessments, hydrology, and use of hydraulic modeling software (desirable).
Strong background in lot grading, surveying, and site servicing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey software.
Self-motivated with leadership, project management, and client management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
