Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, and oversee
infrastructure projects
, ensuring compliance with local and national codes.
Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and technical analysis for project execution.
Prepare engineering reports, drawings, and specifications using
AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools
.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Perform structural assessments, cost estimation, and risk analysis for infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance with
Canadian engineering standards
, environmental regulations, and safety guidelines.
Supervise construction activities and provide technical support during project execution.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project efficiency and quality.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
(Master's degree is an asset).
3 to 7 years
of experience in
infrastructure projects
(roads, highways, bridges, water supply, etc.).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, and other engineering software
.
Strong knowledge of
Canadian Building Codes and Infrastructure Standards
.
Experience with
municipal, provincial, or federal infrastructure projects
is preferred.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
P.Eng. certification
or eligibility for licensing in Canada is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
