We are currently seeking an Engineer In Training / CET to join our team in Whitehorse. Responsibilities will include:

• Site survey work
• Site material testing work
• Support the proposal process as needed
• Provide technical support to the project management team
• Preparation of management reports
• Prepare analysis reports
• Collaborate with the team in applying and improving the work process
• Assist in the organization and management of project resources
• Participate in office, job site and safety meetings
• Follow CAP?s HSE and QA/QC programs
• Conducting oneself in a professional manner with honesty and integrity

Qualifications Include:

• Recently completed an Engineering or CET program in Canada
• 1+ years of experience as a CET or Engineer (coop / internship experience accepted)
• AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office proficiency an asset
• Autonomous and organized
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptive personality
• Good judgement and analytical capacity
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver?s license with a clean drivers abstract required

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
