Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Finish Dozer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation, and possess a strong mechanical knowledge. This role is essential for various construction projects, where the operator will be responsible for moving earth, grading land, and assisting in the building process.0

Duties

Operate dozer to perform tasks such as grading, final grade, sloping etc. Collaborate with other heavy equipment operators to ensure efficient workflow on site. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Follow project plans and specifications to execute tasks accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Requirements

Proven experience in heavy equipment operation. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on site.
