Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn various aspects of construction. This role involves working on diverse projects, utilizing a range of tools and equipment, and collaborating with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Operate power tools safely and effectively. Pipe Laying is preferred. Use of small equipment such as pipe saw, drills and compactors. Shoveling, racking and levelling of materials. Loading, unloading and gathering of materials to perform tasks. Abide by companies' corporate safety policies. Engage in concrete forming and masonry tasks as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience with power tools is essential; familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred. Experience in concrete forming, masonry, caulking, construction painting work is a plus. Strong physical stamina: ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety on the job site. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed. Class 5 driver license required and Having personal transportation is an asset.
