About Us: TST-CF Express is Canada\'s leading provider of time sensitive, less than truckload (LTL) North American transportation services. We are currently looking for a full time City Dispatcher to join our Kelowna Service Centre team. Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Terminal Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Ensure freight is delivered to the appropriate destination within specific timelines.
• Constant communication with drivers as well as internal and external clients.
• Dispatching deliveries, pre-planning offloading of containers/trailers and booking appointments.
• Update the AS400 system with arrival times of inbound units.
• Assist customers in tracing shipments and liaison between customers and Dispatch.
• Create, communicate, schedule, and maintain the driver/delivery schedules.
• Handle various clerical and administrative functions in order to maintain the flow of information within the operations department.
• Book inbound delivery appointments and image all appropriate documents required.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will process the following qualifications: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results driven, and a team player. In addition, the successful candidate will have the following:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a previous Dispatch role
• Experience with AS400 system is considered an asset.
• Customer Service and data entry experience is required.

Excellent communication with strong English, and interpersonal skills are required. Must be well organized and possess strong attention to detail. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to changing priorities. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
