The Role:

We are looking for a talented developer with deep expertise in

Cisco Call Studio and Google Dialogflow CX

. This role focuses on IVR development, scripting, and the migration of legacy Cisco applications to modern cloud-native conversational AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Migrate Cisco IVR/VXML applications to cloud-native platforms such as Google Dialogflow CX and Amazon Lex. Design and implement reusable IVR components (e.g., authentication, error handling, prompt management) to ensure consistency and streamline development across voice applications. Develop and maintain a modular IVR component library to support scalable and maintainable conversational flows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define call flow designs and implement solutions in Cisco UC environments. Create and optimize scripts for complex call center environments using Cisco ICM, CVP, and Contact Center scripting tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of experience in Cisco voice/data communications. Expert-level proficiency in Cisco call center technologies including Cisco ICM, Cisco CVP, and Contact Center scripting. Strong experience in IVR development, scripting, and call flow design within Cisco UC environments. Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX and/or Amazon Lex. Proven ability to design scalable, reusable voice application components.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud migration strategies and conversational AI design. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for voice applications.
