Responsibilities:
Assist customers with
expert recommendations
on cigars, tobacco, and vape products
Share insights on cigar origins, flavor notes, pairings, and proper storage
Maintain
humidor conditions
and ensure products are fresh and well presented
Process sales accurately and efficiently while offering a professional, personal touch
Restock and organize inventory to keep the store inviting and well supplied
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
Must be
19 years of age or older
(as required by BC law)
Strong cigar knowledge
- familiarity with premium brands, cuts, wrappers, and humidor care
Excellent
customer service and communication skills
Previous
retail or hospitality experience
is preferred
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
Comfortable handling
tobacco and vape-related products
Able to work
evenings and weekends
