Windswept Cider is an award winning micro cidery located outside Meaford, ON. We are a family run operation focused on producing dry natural ciders that showcase the beauty of our region.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

- Provide product knowledge and information to customers (training will be provided)

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized sales space

- Assist with inventory management and restocking

- Conduct product tastings to showcase features and benefits

- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

- Assist with merchandising displays to attract customers

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

- Own transportation

- Smart Serve certification

- Ablity to lift 40+lbs

- Previous experience in cash handling preferred

- Strong retail sales skills

- Ability to conduct product tastings effectively

- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
