Role Overview
We're seeking an
exceptional salesperson
who thrives in high-energy environments and can confidently engage and convert shoppers into loyal fans.
This is a
full-time seasonal role beginning in October or November 2025
. Core responsibilities will be
sales and brand promotion during Christmas Markets (Nov-Dec)
. The role will
continue for 3 months into the new year
with modified responsibilities in marketing, sales support, and customer engagement.
For the right candidate, this position may evolve into a
permanent role
within our sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Leadership (Oct-Dec)
Drive sales through engaging, charistmatic customer interactions at Christmas Markets.
Exceed daily and seasonal sales targets while providing outstanding customer experiences.
Share our brand story with confidence, highlighting our unique value
Convert shoppers into fans through email subscriptions and social media
Manage booth operations: setup, merchandising, inventory restocking, and POS transactions.
Marketing & Brand Building
Capture and share engaging content (photos, videos, reels) from markets and other brand activities.
Support social media campaigns and community engagement projects.
Contribute to post-market sales initiatives, including customer follow-up and retention campaigns.
Provide insights from customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and product development.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales ability
- you love selling, connecting, and turning customers into fans.
Outgoing, energetic, and approachable personality.
Reliability and
full-time availability
, especially evenings/weekends.
Strong communication skills and natural storytelling ability.
Comfort with technology (POS systems, Instagram/TikTok content, basic email/social tools).
Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Bonus: Experience in food, retail, events, or marketing.
